Electronic Badge Collection

Registration and check-in will commence on February 17, 2024, starting at 09:00 am.

Delegates are required to complete the following steps:

Step 1: Download our event app using the information emailed to you upon registration
Step 2: Log in using the provided credentials on your registered email address
Step 3. Access your electronic badge with a QR code within the app
Step 3: Simply scan the QR code to check in at the event

Please note that the electronic badges contain essential codes required to earn CME, and these points will only be recorded when attendees physically scan their electronic badges at the venue.

Onsite Registration for Physical Passes

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available from February 17, 2024, starting at 09:00 am in the registration area. Kindly note that the fees for onsite registration will be higher as compared to online.

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Group Registration

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact [email protected]. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such.

Cancellations / Refunds / No Shows

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts no refunds are available.

Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
